Items are normally dispatched with 48 hours of confirmation of your payment.
We determine the most efficient shipping carrier depending on the size and weight of your order.
The carriers that may be used are: Australia Post, Star Track, Couriers Please, Allied Express or Fed Ex.
If you’re trying to estimate when a package will be delivered, please note the following:
- Credit card authorization and verification must be received prior to processing.
- Australia Post and Couriers only pick up and deliver Monday through Friday, excluding public holidays.
Although we use all reasonable means to ensure that your order is delivered within a specified time, we cannot accept any responsibility for late deliveries due to circumstances outside of our control. We will do our best to inform you of any unexpected delay.
Please note: We cannot ship orders on Saturday, Sunday, or Public Holidays

We offer Free Shipping Australia Wide for all items over $100 available from our online store. Free shipping does not apply to boats or Stroke 2 Max Kayak Ergometers as the price is subject to your location.

INTERNATIONAL FLAT RATE SHIPPING
We currently only ship internationally to New Zealand for a flat rate fee of $35 AUD
